This policy explains how Shinwa Representação Comercial do Brasil Ltda., registered under CNPJ 12.340.222/0001-32, referred to here as Shinwa do Brasil, handles the personal data received through the website shinwa-br.com.br. Processing follows Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

We collect only the data you type into the forms. There is no sign-up, no login, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Along with the submission we record the originating page, the language, the browser used and an encrypted version of your IP address. We store an irreversible code (SHA-256 hash with a secret key), never the IP itself. It is used only to limit automated submissions — not to identify you.

2. Legal basis

Processing relies on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX of the LGPD) to respond to commercial enquiries, and on your consent when submitting the form, stated in the notice next to the submit button.

to reply to your enquiry or quote request;
to prepare commercial proposals;
to keep a record of the interaction.

We do not use your data for mass marketing campaigns, and there is no newsletter on the site.

4. Where the data is kept

When you submit a form, your data is stored in:

a MySQL database on the website's hosting server;
a backup file on the same server, outside any internet-accessible area;
an email notification sent to contato@shinwa-br.com.br.

Database access is restricted, and the account used by the site may only insert and update records — it cannot delete data.

5. Sharing

Hosting: stores the website and the database.
Google (Gmail): delivers the email notification to our inbox.
Google Analytics and Google Ads: measure site usage in aggregate. They do not receive the data you type into the forms.

6. How long we keep it

Retention period: leads frios ou inativos (sem interação por 6 a 12 meses, mesmo após tentativas de reengajamento) são eliminados após esse prazo; leads com consentimento ativo (opt-in) são mantidos por tempo indeterminado, enquanto houver interação ou a permissão de envio for mantida/renovada; dados de quem se tornou cliente ou realizou transação financeira são retidos por 5 (cinco) anos, conforme os prazos do Código Civil e da legislação tributária

Once the period ends, or at your request, the data is deleted — unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

confirm whether we process your data and access it;
correct incomplete or outdated data;
request anonymisation, blocking or deletion;
request portability;
withdraw consent;
know with whom we share your data.

8. Security

the site is served over HTTPS, with data encrypted in transit;
credentials are kept outside the public area of the server;
the IP address is stored only as an irreversible code;
access to leads is restricted to the Shinwa do Brasil team.

9. Cookies

The site does not use its own cookies to identify you. Google tools (Analytics and Ads) may set measurement cookies. You can block them in your browser settings without affecting navigation.
