On the LR series the code identifies the model and diameter, the number of modules, the rated voltage, the mounting type, whether there is a buzzer, the body colour and the colour of each module from the top down. That is why the form does not ask for those characteristics again: they are already in the code.
The difference is the body diameter: 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm and 70 mm. The larger it is, the further away the tower can be read. The choice depends on the reading distance in your plant and the space available at the station.
